Stoic Angels is a personal development platform operated by Stoic Angels LLC.

We created Stoic Angels to help people develop greater self awareness, confidence, resilience, discernment, personal responsibility, and intentional ways of living. Our work brings together applied Stoicism, coaching methodologies, psychology and neuroscience informed education, somatic practices, philosophy, spirituality, lived experience, and original Stoic Angels frameworks.

This Disclaimer explains what you can expect from our work, what our Offerings are designed to provide, and where the limits of our role begin.

This Disclaimer applies to our website, membership platform, applications, social media channels, communities, newsletters, products, programs, coaching, retreats, events, and other free or paid materials and services, collectively referred to as the "Platform" and "Offerings."

It forms part of our Terms and Conditions and should be read together with those Terms, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, checkout disclosures, and any agreement that applies to a particular Offering.

By using our Platform or participating in an Offering, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Disclaimer.

Our Role

We provide professional coaching, education, tools, perspectives, and experiences intended to support personal growth.

Our Offerings may include:

  • educational modules and courses;
  • individual or group coaching;
  • workshops and live sessions;
  • meditations and visualizations;
  • journaling and reflective exercises;
  • somatic and embodiment practices;
  • Community discussions;
  • retreats and in person events;
  • articles, videos, podcasts, and social media Content; and
  • original Stoic Angels methods and frameworks.

Our instructors and contributors may have professional education, certifications, specialized training, and meaningful experience in their respective fields.

That expertise informs the quality and perspective of our work. However, Content provided to a broader audience is not the same as individualized advice from a licensed professional who has fully evaluated your personal circumstances.

Education and Coaching

Our Offerings are provided for educational, informational, coaching, personal development, entertainment, and general wellbeing purposes.

Unless we enter into a separate written agreement that clearly states otherwise, our Offerings do not provide individualized:

  • medical care;
  • mental health treatment;
  • psychotherapy;
  • psychiatric care;
  • diagnosis or treatment;
  • legal advice;
  • financial or investment advice;
  • tax or accounting advice; or
  • other services that require a professional license.

Using our Platform or participating in an Offering does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, financial-adviser-client, or similar regulated professional relationship.

Life coaching and personal development education can be highly valuable forms of support, but they are not replacements for licensed medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional services.

Your Health and Wellbeing

Some of our Offerings explore topics related to stress, emotions, habits, identity, confidence, relationships, embodiment, appearance, wellness, and nervous-system awareness.

They may also include practices such as:

  • meditation;
  • journaling;
  • visualization;
  • breath based exercises;
  • movement or stretching;
  • relaxation;
  • body awareness;
  • somatic exercises;
  • reflective activities; and
  • in person workshops or retreats.

These practices are educational and experiential. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, mitigate, rehabilitate, or manage a disease, injury, disorder, trauma-related condition, mental health condition, or other medical condition.

You know your health, history, body, and circumstances better than we do. Before participating, consider whether an activity is appropriate for you.

Please consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional when you have questions about your health or ability to participate, particularly if you:

  • have an existing medical or mental health condition;
  • take medication;
  • are pregnant or postpartum;
  • have an injury or physical limitation;
  • recently had surgery or a medical procedure; or
  • are uncertain whether a practice is suitable for you.

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking care because of something you encountered through Stoic Angels.
If an activity causes pain, faintness, breathing difficulty, panic, severe distress, injury, or another concerning response, stop participating and seek appropriate help.

Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing

We may discuss beliefs, emotions, identity, attachment, boundaries, childhood experiences, relationships, trauma-related concepts, self-concept, confidence, and nervous-system awareness.

These subjects are addressed through education and coaching. They are not psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, crisis intervention, trauma treatment, addiction treatment, or clinical mental health care.

Reflective or experiential work can sometimes bring up difficult feelings, memories, discomfort, grief, anxiety, anger, shame, or uncertainty. This does not mean that the practice is appropriate for every person or every situation.

You are responsible for deciding whether to participate and for seeking licensed mental health support when appropriate.

We are not an emergency service and do not continuously monitor messages, Community posts, coaching spaces, or other areas of the Platform for emergencies.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, thoughts of harming yourself or another person, severe psychological distress, abuse, or an immediate safety concern, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis or healthcare provider immediately.

Important Personal and Professional Decisions

The information available through Stoic Angels is intended to educate, inspire, and support thoughtful decision making.

Because these topics can be highly personal and fact specific, our Content is not designed to replace individualized guidance for major legal, financial, tax, insurance, immigration, employment, or business decisions.

We may discuss topics such as:

  • careers;
  • money and personal beliefs about money;
  • entrepreneurship;
  • negotiation;
  • productivity;
  • personal branding;
  • audience growth;
  • business experiences; and
  • goal setting.

These discussions reflect educational principles, coaching perspectives, personal experience, or general information. They do not account for every fact that may affect your individual situation.

Before making a decision that may materially affect your legal rights, taxes, investments, finances, immigration status, employment, business, or contractual obligations, seek guidance from an appropriately qualified professional who understands your personal circumstances.

Manifestation, Philosophy, and Personal Growth

Some of our Offerings explore manifestation, identity, embodiment, visualization, consciousness, intuition, energy, spirituality, philosophy, personal belief, and related subjects.

These topics may draw from a combination of:

  • philosophical traditions;
  • coaching methodologies;
  • psychology and neuroscience informed concepts;
  • spiritual or reflective practices;
  • personal and professional experience; and
  • original Stoic Angels educational frameworks.

Some concepts may be well established within academic research. Others may be experiential, philosophical, spiritual, exploratory, emerging, or open to interpretation.

We encourage you to approach these subjects thoughtfully, remain curious, think critically, and decide what is meaningful and useful in your own life.

Personal-growth practices should complement practical action and sound judgment.

Nothing in our Content should be used to ignore medical care, mental health support, legal responsibilities, financial realities, personal safety, objective evidence, or another person's autonomy and consent.

Research, Science, and Educational Language

We may discuss psychology, neuroscience, human behavior, habit formation, nervous-system functioning, somatic education, wellbeing, philosophy, spirituality, and human performance.

We may use terms such as nervous-system regulation, dysregulation, rewiring, neuroplasticity, stress response, trauma-informed, attachment, embodiment, somatic practice, subconscious beliefs, emotional regulation, healing, resetting, releasing, processing, and balancing. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these terms are used as general educational, coaching, metaphorical, or personal development language. They do not indicate that we have clinically assessed your brain, nervous system, physiology, or mental health, and they do not constitute a diagnosis, clinical finding, treatment plan, psychotherapy, trauma treatment, rehabilitation, or medical intervention.

References to “regulation,” “rewiring,” “healing,” or similar concepts describe educational frameworks, habits, reflective experiences, skills, or subjective personal-growth processes. They are not promises or representations that an Offering will create a measurable neurological, physiological, hormonal, psychiatric, or other clinical change.

Research citations, academic references, expert interviews, or descriptions such as “research informed,” “science informed,” “psychology informed,” or “neuroscience informed” identify sources that may inform our Content. They do not mean that every exercise, interpretation, method, or original Stoic Angels framework has been clinically tested or independently validated. They also do not mean that every interpretation, exercise, or original Stoic Angels framework has been independently validated for every person or circumstance.

We aim to present these subjects responsibly and in good faith, using research available when the Content is created.

Our Content may combine:

  • research informed education;
  • simplified explanations for a general audience;
  • our interpretation or synthesis of research;
  • coaching experience;
  • professional education and training;
  • original Stoic Angels frameworks; and
  • philosophical or experiential perspectives.

As scientific consensus continues to evolve, qualified experts may reasonably interpret the same research differently.
For that reason, our Content should not be treated as a complete academic review, clinical guideline, statement of universal scientific consensus, or substitute for professional training.

We may update, expand, qualify, or remove Content as research and our understanding evolve. Older or archived Content may not reflect the most recent available evidence.

Personal Responsibility

Personal responsibility is one of the core principles of Stoic Angels.

Our role is to offer education, coaching, tools, questions, frameworks, and perspectives that may help you make more informed choices. Our role is not to make those choices for you.

You remain responsible for:

  • evaluating whether an Offering is appropriate for you;
  • deciding how to apply the information;
  • considering your own health, resources, needs, and circumstances;
  • conducting further research when necessary;
  • seeking professional support where appropriate; and
  • taking accountability for the results of your decisions and actions.

It is impossible for us to understand every fact that affects your life, or to determine how general information may apply to you.

Use your judgment. Keep what is constructive and appropriate for you. Do not follow any practice or recommendation that appears unsafe, harmful, goes against your personal beliefs, or is inconsistent with advice from a professional who understands your individual circumstances.

Participation and Assumption of Risk

Participation in coaching, reflective exercises, movement, meditation, breath based practices, somatic activities, workshops, retreats, travel, events, or other experiential

Offerings may involve physical, emotional, financial, or practical risks.

By choosing to participate, you acknowledge that no experience is entirely risk free and accept the ordinary risks connected with the activity you voluntarily undertake.

You are responsible for participating within your own capabilities and following applicable safety guidance.

Certain retreats, events, travel experiences, or higher risk activities may require a separate participant agreement, health acknowledgment, assumption-of-risk form, or liability waiver. This general Disclaimer does not replace those documents.

Results Are Individual

We care deeply about the quality of our work and the experience of our Members. We aim to provide meaningful education, thoughtful coaching, and useful practices.

At the same time, personal growth is not a standardized process.

We cannot promise or guarantee any particular:

  • personal transformation;
  • emotional outcome;
  • health or wellness result;
  • physical or appearance related result;
  • relationship outcome;
  • career opportunity;
  • business result;
  • audience growth result;
  • financial outcome;
  • spiritual experience; or
  • manifestation result.

Your experience will depend on many factors, including your starting point, health, circumstances, lifestyle, consistency, choices, participation, resources, timing, environment, and factors outside our knowledge or control.

Purchasing or completing an Offering does not guarantee that you will achieve a particular outcome.

A lack of results does not necessarily mean that you participated incorrectly, and a positive result experienced by one person does not mean that every person who participates will achieve the same result.

Testimonials and Community Experiences

Testimonials and success stories we feature are intended to reflect genuine experiences shared by Members, customers, Participants, coaching clients, and members of our audience.

They represent the experience of the person providing the statement.

Individual experiences naturally vary. A testimonial should not be interpreted as a promise that you will achieve the same or a similar result.

Where appropriate, we may make minor edits for grammar, clarity, formatting, or length, or redact private or identifying information, without materially changing the meaning of the original statement.

We do not knowingly publish fabricated testimonials or materially misrepresent a person's experience.

Nothing in this Disclaimer or our Terms prevents you from sharing an honest review, truthful experience, or a genuinely held opinion.

Reviews, Recommendations, and Affiliate Relationships

From time to time, we may review or recommend products, books, services, software, applications, travel providers, beauty products, wellness resources, professionals, or other third party offerings that we believe may be useful to our community.

These recommendations reflect our honest opinions and experiences at the time they are shared, and compensation does not guarantee a positive opinion.

Occasionally, these recommendations may involve:

  • affiliate links;
  • commissions;
  • sponsorship payments;
  • free or discounted products;
  • complimentary services or travel;
  • referral arrangements; or
  • another material relationship.

Where required, we will disclose that relationship clearly and near the relevant recommendation or endorsement. Products, prices, providers, formulas, policies, and availability can change after Content is published.

We strongly encourage you to conduct your own research and decide whether a product or service is right for you.

Purchases made through affiliate links are generally transactions between you and the applicable third party. That third party is responsible for its products, services, fulfillment, warranties, customer support, return policies, and data practices. If the affiliated purchase is correctly attributed to Stoic Angels, we may receive a small commission fee at no additional cost to you.

Third-Party Resources

Our Platform may reference or link to third party websites, applications, books, products, services, businesses, practitioners, experts, events, or organizations.

A reference does not necessarily mean that we:

  • formally endorse the third party;
  • guarantee its qualifications;
  • verify every claim it makes;
  • control its conduct;
  • promise that its services are safe or suitable; or
  • accept responsibility for your experience with it.

Third parties operate independently and may change their Content, policies, prices, services, or practices without our knowledge.

Please conduct your own due diligence before purchasing from, relying on, or sharing personal information with a third party.

Beauty, Appearance, and Wellness Information

We may discuss skincare, beauty, personal style, grooming, body image, fitness, nutrition, wellness products, cosmetic treatments, or appearance related experiences.

This Content may reflect educational research, personal experience, professional interviews, product reviews, or general commentary. It is not individualized medical, dermatological, nutritional, or cosmetic-treatment advice.

Bodies, skin, health histories, and treatment responses vary. A product, ingredient, device, routine, or procedure that works well for one person may be unsuitable, ineffective, irritating, or harmful for another.

Consult an appropriately qualified professional before undergoing a medical or cosmetic procedure, using a prescription product, changing medication, combining active ingredients, or beginning a significant health-related routine.

As a general point of reference, any before and after images shared can be affected by factors such as lighting, camera angle, posing, makeup, styling, timing, editing, and individual biology. They should not be treated as a promise of the results another person will experience.

Relationships and Personal Decisions

We may discuss dating, relationships, attachment, boundaries, standards, communication, confidence, interpersonal dynamics, marriage, or personal decision making.

This Content is educational and coaching oriented. It is not couples therapy, family therapy, domestic violence counseling, legal advice, or a professional evaluation of a particular person or relationship.

We do not have access to every relevant fact about your circumstances or another person's behavior, intentions, mental health, safety, or legal rights.

You remain responsible for your relationship decisions.

Nothing in our Content should be used to disregard another person's autonomy, boundaries, consent, or legal rights.

Where abuse, coercion, stalking, violence, or an immediate safety concern may be present, seek assistance from an appropriate professional, support organization, or emergency service.

Community and Guest Contributions

Members, Participants, guest experts, speakers, and other contributors may share opinions, stories, experiences, advice, or recommendations through our Platform.
Unless clearly identified as an official Stoic Angels statement, those contributions represent the views of the individual who shared them.

We do not independently verify every statement made by a Member or guest, and we do not continuously monitor every Community interaction.

Do not rely on another Member or Participant for medical, mental health, legal, financial, or safety advice.
Guest contributors are responsible for their own statements. Their appearance within an Offering does not mean that we adopt or guarantee every opinion, product, method, or claim they provide.

Social Media and Short-Form Content

We may share Content through YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, podcasts, newsletters, interviews, and other platforms.

Short videos, captions, clips, posts, and comments often simplify complex subjects and may not include every qualification or piece of context.

They should be viewed as introductions to a subject, not complete individualized guidance.

The same limitations described in this Disclaimer apply to all of our social media Content.

Accuracy and Updates

We make reasonable efforts to create thoughtful, valuable, and accurate Content.

However, we do not promise that every piece of Content will always be complete, current, free from error, or suitable for every individual. Information reflects the knowledge, research, interpretation, and experience available when the Content was created.

We may correct, update, expand, reorganize, replace, or remove Content as our work and understanding evolve.

Technology and Artificial Intelligence

We, or our third party providers, may use tools that may involve artificial intelligence features, such as transcription services, editing software, automation, recommendation systems, or other technologies in our operations or processes.

Any such technology assisted output, due to its evolving nature, may contain errors, omissions, bias, outdated information, or unintended results.
When we come across such tools, we aim to use them mindfully. However, no automated output that may be part of a third party platform feature, or the usage of any LLM model or tool to interpret any content that we create, should be treated as representative of our work, or assumed to be completely accurate.

You remain responsible for evaluating important information before relying upon it.

Restrictions on using our Content to train, develop, populate, or commercialize artificial-intelligence systems are contained in our Terms and Conditions.

Relationship to Our Terms

This Disclaimer provides important context about the nature and limits of our Platform and Offerings.

Our Terms and Conditions contain the contractual provisions governing your use of the Platform, including provisions relating to accounts, purchases, intellectual property, warranties, risk, liability, dispute resolution, and other legal matters.

This Disclaimer supplements our Terms. It does not replace or reduce the protections contained in them.

Certain Offerings may also require a separate agreement, informed-consent form, participant acknowledgment, release, or waiver. Where a more specific agreement applies, it will govern the matters it directly addresses.
